How to use
Startes Hydrolysed Collagen – Joints and Cartilage: mix the contents of 2,5 of the supplied measuring scoops (10,05g) in a glass of water (2-3dl). You can use any cold beverage instead of water. Allow to dissolve for 2-3 minutes and stir. It can also be added to porridge, yoghurt, smoothies or cereal.
Startes Hydrolysed Collagen – Tendons and Ligaments: mix the contents of 1 measuring cup (6.04 g) in a glass of water (2 dl). You can use any cold beverage instead of water. Allow to dissolve for 2-3 minutes and stir. It can also be added to porridge, yoghurt, smoothies or cereal.
The products can be taken together or divided into two doses throughout the day – morning and evening.
Dosage
2 x pack – Startes Hydrolysed Collagen – Joints and Cartilage equals 10,05 g x 40 daily dose. A measuring cup is included. To achieve the first visible results, we recommend taking it once a day at any time of the day for at least 3 months. Suitable for long term use. For severe joint damage or pain when moving, we recommend taking the standard dose. For the maintenance phase and for prevention, the dose can be reduced by half.
