1. Payment through ComGate payment gateway

Online payments for us are provided by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are completely secure and all information is encrypted. You can use the ComGate payment gateway to make a card payment or an instant payment by bank transfer. Payment by card

The quickest way to pay online. You enter your card number, expiry date and CVC code – the three numbers you’ll find in the signature strip on the back of your card – into the ComGate payment gateway interface. This is all 3D secure, so you’ll probably be asked to enter a numerical code, which you’ll receive by text message from your bank. If your card payment does not work, it is usually due to your card settings (it does not allow you to pay online or you have exceeded the limit) – please check your online banking settings or contact your bank.

Instant payment by bank transfer

Instant payment via online banking. The ComGate payment gateway will redirect you to your online banking, where you will log in as usual and confirm the payment order you have already prepared. After completing the payment you will be redirected back to the shop. The payment will be confirmed immediately and the order will be processed immediately.

GomGate deferred payment – buy now, pay later

Buy now, pay later. No fees. The “Deferred Payment” payment method allows you to defer payment of your purchase and then either pay now or pay in instalments. Deferred payment is interest-free.

Prepay by traditional bank transfer

Traditional bank transfer payment. After submitting the order, the site will generate the payment details, the variable symbol is the order number. The goods will be dispatched as soon as the payment has been credited to our account. The goods will not be dispatched until the payment has been credited to our account. When paying in EUR, the exchange rate is 1 EUR = 23,70 CZK.

Orders can also be paid by QR payment using your mobile phone. Simply select the “Retrieve QR payment” (or similar) option in your online banking and use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code on your order. The payment will then be loaded and will contain all the information you need to make the payment.

3. Cryptocurrency payment

Pay quickly with cryptocurrency. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway CoinBase Commerce, to pay. The advantage is that you can pay online even if you don’t have a bank account or credit card. Of course, the trade with these cryptocurrencies is in accordance with Czech legislation, and since it is only a method of payment for goods, the mechanism for paying taxes is the same as for the normal sale of goods.

In the event of a return, the purchase price will be refunded in Czech crowns in the amount stated on the invoice. It is not possible to refund the purchase price in cryptocurrency. Supported cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dai, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USD Coin.
